Job Description:

As a Sales Development Manager at Doober, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experience
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field(Optional)
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving targets
  • Knowledge of the cannabis industry and regulatory environment is a plus
