Job Description:

As a Regional Account Manager at Doober, you’ll drive sales growth and expand our client base within your designated region. You’ll build and nurture relationships with key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and execute strategic sales initiatives. With your expertise and dedication, you’ll help us strengthen our market presence and achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the assigned region
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts, including dispensaries, retailers, and distributors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional campaigns
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, market trends, and product developments to provide informed recommendations to clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the cannabis industry
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust
