Job Description:

As a Cannabis Grower at Doober, you’ll oversee the growth and development of our cannabis plants, ensuring top-grade yields from seed to harvest. Your responsibilities include maintaining optimal growing conditions, monitoring plant health, and implementing best practices to produce high-quality cannabis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the cultivation process, including planting, watering, feeding, pruning, and harvesting
• Monitor plant health and respond to any issues or concerns, such as pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies
• Maintain a clean and organized cultivation facility, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols
• Implement and maintain irrigation systems, lighting systems, and climate control systems to create optimal growing conditions
• Keep detailed records of cultivation activities, including plant inventory, growth progress, and environmental conditions
• Collaborate with the cultivation team to develop and implement new techniques and strategies to improve yield, quality, and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cannabis grower or similar role, with a strong understanding of plant biology, cultivation techniques, and best practices
• Knowledge of cannabis strains, genetics, and phenotypes, with the ability to identify and select high-quality genetics for cultivation
• Familiarity with hydroponic, aeroponic, and soil-based cultivation methods, as well as various grow mediums and nutrient solutions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and protocols accurately
