Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer at Doober, you’ll play a key role in shaping our brand identity and visual presence. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging graphics, illustrations, and visual assets that communicate our brand message effectively. With your creativity and expertise, you’ll help us captivate our audience and elevate the Doober brand.

Responsibilities:

• Design visual assets for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, promotional materials, packaging, and more
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and bring them to life through compelling visual storytelling
• Ensure brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to brand guidelines and standards
• Stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality of our designs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative vision
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and the ability to take constructive feedback
